Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit an application, you provide identity details (name, address, date of birth, Social Security number), contact details (email, phone), financial details (income, income source, employment information, bank routing and account numbers), and the loan amount you seek. When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, we and our service providers receive technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and approximate region. This may be collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools that help us understand how the site is used. You can limit cookies through your browser settings; core site functions may still work, though some features may not.
How We Use Information
We use application information for the purpose you submitted it: presenting it to lenders in our network so they can evaluate whether to extend an offer. We use contact information to respond to you and to send service communications related to your application. We use technical data to operate, secure, and improve the website — measuring which guides help, finding broken things, and defending against abuse. We do not use your application data to build unrelated advertising profiles, and we do not send marketing unrelated to the service you requested.
How We Share Information
With network lenders. This is the service: your application is shared with lenders whose criteria it may fit, and interested lenders use it — under their own privacy policies — to make credit decisions, which may include verification through credit bureaus and similar providers. Once connected, your relationship with a lender is governed by that lender's privacy policy in addition to your agreement.
With service providers. We use third parties for functions like form processing, website analytics, and security. They receive what they need to perform those functions and are not permitted to use it for their own unrelated purposes.
As law requires. We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, or Reliant Funding; and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy's protections follow the data.
What we do not do. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or unrelated marketers.
Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of application data, including encrypted transmission of the application form. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — which is one reason we advise never sending full Social Security numbers or banking passwords by email. We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here and as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws — including rights to access, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information — and we honor verified requests as those laws require, without discriminating against you for exercising them. To stop service emails about an application, use the contact above; transactional messages required to complete a service you requested may continue until that service concludes.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and applications require you to be at least 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
