The Service
Reliant Funding operates a loan connection service: we present completed applications to independent lenders in our network, who decide independently whether to extend offers. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, and do not guarantee that any application will result in an offer, any particular terms, or any funding timeline. All loan terms are set by lenders and disclosed by them before signing; your loan agreement is exclusively between you and your lender. Our compensation arrangements are described in the Advertiser & Lending Disclosure, which is part of these terms by reference. The service is free to borrowers; we never charge you fees, and anyone demanding upfront payment in our name is fraudulent and should be reported to us.
Eligibility and Your Representations
You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and legally capable of entering contracts to use the application service. By submitting an application you represent that the information you provide is accurate, complete, current, and yours — submitted for your own personal, family, or household purposes and not on behalf of another person without authority. Submitting false information, another person's identity, or fraudulent documents is prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may use this site to learn about personal loans and to submit a genuine application. You may not: interfere with the site's operation or security; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data; use automated tools to submit applications; misrepresent your identity; reverse engineer any part of the service; use the site for unlawful purposes; or republish substantial portions of our content without permission. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

The content of this site — guides, text, design, graphics, and the Reliant Funding name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Reliant Funding and protected by law. You may view, print, and share links to content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. All other rights are reserved.

Third-Party Sites and Lenders
The service connects you with independent lenders, and the site may reference third parties. We are not responsible for third parties' content, policies, or practices, including lenders' underwriting, servicing, and collection activities. Review every lender's terms and privacy policy before signing anything.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Reliant Funding harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or information you submit that is false or infringes another's rights.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes arising from use of this website or service shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, whose jurisdiction you consent to — except where the law of your state of residence grants you non-waivable rights to a different forum. This section governs disputes with Reliant Funding about the website and connection service only; disputes about a loan are governed by your loan agreement with your lender.
